Lori's Thai veggie wrap!!


                                                                                                                                                                                     







My version of a Thai wrap:

-whole wheat wrap (unless you're doing the gluten-free thing, then get something else)
-avocado
-mango
-cilantro
-red leaf lettuce
-shredded carrots
-thinly sliced red onion

Dressing:
-creamy peanut butter
-soy sauce (low sodium)
-vinegar
-brown sugar
-sesame oil
-water

* You can also add chili oil to the dressing if you like spice. Additional items for the wrap could be red bell pepper or basil. You can also make it non-vegetarian by adding chicken or shaved beef!!
**I don't usually measure, I just add stuff 'til I like the taste. ;)
