Smoothie recipe

OK...I just have to share my new favorite smoothie recipe with you. Some of my clients saw me drinking it and asked what it was...when I told them, they thought it sounded disgusting...lol. I
assure you it is quite yummy...and vegan as well (if that matters to you).

1 cup coconut milk (I use the vanilla So Delicious brand) - 90 calories
1 cup frozen organic spinach - 50 calories
1 cup frozen blueberriesCheck Spelling - 80 calories
1 banana (if desired) - 100 calories
1 scoop of Life's basics plant protein (hemp, brown rice, pea protein and chia seeds) - 125 calories
add small amounts of filtered water until you get it to desired consistency.

** omit or use half the banana if you're counting calories or watching sugar
